YAM prioritizes the recruitment and retention of youth volunteers through structured mentorship and transition strategies. Financial sustainability is ensured through dedicated funding, integration of YAM activities into BOFWA’s business plans, and support for national and regional initiatives. Any funding secured through YAM efforts is used strictly for designated youth projects.
